  • 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract

    Combine sugar, corn syrup and water in a saucepan.

    Place over low heat.

    Boil until mixture forms threads when dropped from a spoon.

    Slowly pour 1/2 the syrup into the egg whites, beating while pouring.
