  • 1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped Diamond walnuts

    In 2-quart glass measuring cup with handle, combine sugar, corn syrup, water and salt.

    Microwave at High for 5 minutes. Stir well until sugar dissolves.

    Microwave at High for 5 to 6 minutes or until mixture reaches 260°.
