- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 4 c. frozen hash browns
- 1 c. frozen small whole onions
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Combine soup, milk and cream cheese in saucepan until smooth. Add potatoes and onions.

2Pour into 2-quart oblong buttered casserole.

3Cover and bake 1 1/4 hours at 350°.

4Remove and top with cheese.

5Return for 5 to 7 minutes to melt cheese.
