  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 egg whites

Directions

    Combine sugar, syrup, water and salt.

    Cook to a hard ball stage, 250°.

    Beat egg whites; add vanilla and add syrup mixture when done.

    Beat with Mixmaster until it sets up.

    Spoon onto wax paper.
