  • 4 c. egg whites
  • 1 c. white Karo syrup
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. nuts

Directions

    Beat egg whites stiff. Mix Karo syrup and water; heat to soft-ball stage. Pour half of this syrup into beaten egg whites slowly. Heat rest of syrup to hard-ball stage and pour slowly into egg whites.

    Add vanilla and nuts.
