  • 1-1/2 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1/2 pounds, 2-5/8 ounces, weight Fiddleheads
  • 1/4 cups White Wine
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • Olive Oil, To Drizzle
  • 1/2 Lemon, Juiced

Directions

    Saute garlic in the melted butter in a small fry pan. Add the fiddleheads and steam in the white wine for about 10 minutes on medium low heat. Salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and serve with a drizzle of olive oil and lemon juice.
