  • 1 cup white syrup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 egg whites

Directions

    Cook sugar, syrup, water and salt until hard ball stage. Beat egg whites until soft peaks.

    Slowly pour syrup over egg whites, beat until forms soft peak.

    Add vanilla and nuts. Drop by teaspoon on waxed paper.
