- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons poppy seed
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup Land O Lakes Butter, softened
- 1/3 cup lemon yogurt
- 2 Land O Lakes Eggs
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup milk
- Land O Lakes Butter with Canola Oil
Directions

1Heat oven to 350F.

2Grease bottom only of 8x4-inch loaf pan.

3Combine flour, poppy seed, baking powder, baking soda and salt in bowl.

4Set aside.

5Combine sugar and butter in another bowl.

6Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy.

7Add yogurt, eggs, lemon zest and vanilla; mix well.

8Alternately add flour mixture and milk, beating at low speed after each addition, just until moistened.

9Spoon batter into prepared pan.

10Bake 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

11Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.

12Cool completely.

13Cut into slices; serve with Butter with Canola Oil.
