  • 1/2 c. Karo syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. nuts

Directions

    Cook 1/2 cup syrup, salt and water until it spins a thread. Beat egg whites until they are stiff.

    Pour syrup over egg whites, all this at the same time.

    After beating this until it begins to thicken or about ready to dip out, add your nuts and vanilla.

    Use the size spoon to dip according to size of pieces of candy you want.
