- 2 c. white sugar
- 1/4 c. light corn syrup
- 2/3 c. boiling water
- 3 egg whites, beaten stiffly
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix sugar, syrup and boiling water.

2Stir until sugar is thoroughly dissolved.

3Cook over low heat until soft ball stage. Pour slowly over stiffly beaten egg whites.

4Add vanilla and pour into buttered pan.

5Cool and cot in squares.
