- 1 pound ground lean pork
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon rubbed sage
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons milk
- Vegetable oil
Directions

1Combine first 8 ingredients; mix well. Shape into 3-inch patties, about 1/2-inch thick.

2Heat 1/8 inch oil to 375° in a skillet. Fry patties 3 to 5 minutes on each side over medium heat. Drain well. Serve hot.
