  • 1 (4 lb.) single cut beef brisket
  • 2 jars beef gravy
  • 1/2 c. oil/vinegar salad dressing or Italian
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix

Directions

    Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with foil in both directions.

    Place meat in center, fat side up.

    Sprinkle onion soup and salad dressing over meat.

    Cover with 1 jar of gravy.

    Fold foil to envelope meat.

    Bake at 300° for 5 hours.

    Remove from oven.

    Slice meat across grain and return to gravy.

    Refrigerate overnight.
