- 1 c. raw rice
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 (soup) can milk
- 1 large chicken
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup
Directions

1Sprinkle rice in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Pour butter and milk over rice.

3Mix soups together and pour over rice.

4Place pieces of chicken (raw) over top.

5Sprinkle with dry soup mix. Seal with foil and bake 2 1/2 hours at 325°.

6Do not peek until done.

7Serves 8.
