  • 1 c. raw rice
  • 4 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 (soup) can milk
  • 1 large chicken
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup

Directions

    Sprinkle rice in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Pour butter and milk over rice.

    Mix soups together and pour over rice.

    Place pieces of chicken (raw) over top.

    Sprinkle with dry soup mix. Seal with foil and bake 2 1/2 hours at 325°.

    Do not peek until done.
