  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 7/8 c. water
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 c. bacon fat or any kind of fat drippings

Directions

    Mix all together. Flour board and roll dough with rolling pin. This dough will be nice and firm to roll out. Cut into squares like the size of purchased dog biscuits.

    Lift square in hand and squeeze center like the shape of a bow tie.

    Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 325° until baked or brown, about 15 to 20 minutes.
