- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
- 3 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
- 2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
Directions

1Heat oven to 425F.

2Mix first 6 ingredients in large bowl.

3Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended.

4Pour into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
