- 8 cloves minced garlic
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 c. dry rice (not instant)
- 1 c. tomato juice
- 1 can chicken broth
Directions

1Brown rice, garlic and onion in oil in skillet.

2Pour in 1 cup tomato juice and 1 cup chicken broth.

3Let cook slowly.

4(After adding liquid, don't stir anymore.)

5Let cook dry and add a little broth.

6Let cook dry again.
-
7Keep adding a little broth until rice is done.
-
8Move gently with fork to see if it is done.
-
9Rice is dry when served.
-
10Add cut up chicken or turkey and toss through rice.
