  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lb. 1 oz. can fruit cocktail (not drained)

Directions

    Sift together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.

    Add eggs and fruit cocktail.

    Mix well and pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake 1 hour at 300°.

    Cool 15 minutes and then remove from pan.
