  • 12 oz. cooked pasta (rigatoni or your preference)
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 3 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small can sliced olives
  • 1 small can mushroom stems and pieces
  • 1 (15 oz.) can drained tomatoes

Directions

    Combine all the ingredients and place in large baking dish or casserole and bake at 325° for 35 to 40 minutes until hot and bubbly.
