  • 225 grams Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 Egg
  • 150 grams White Sugar
  • 75 ml Oil
  • 75 ml Milk
  • 80 grams White Sugar
  • 65 grams Melted Butter

    Preheat oven to 175 celsius

    Mix the flour, nutmeg and baking powder

    Mix the eggs

    Add the milk, oil and sugar

    Combine all and mix till a smooth dough is formed

    Pour into muffin papers

    Bake for about 20 minutes (or longer if needed)

    Let cool and then dip the top first in butter and then in the sugar
