  • 2 pkg. cornbread mix
  • 1 c. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. sage
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 to 3 cans mushrooms

Directions

    Start with 2 packages of cornbread mix.

    Crumble together all ingredients, except eggs and mushrooms.

    Add the eggs and mushrooms.

    Mix together; add chicken broth until runny.

    Grease a baking dish and bake for 1 hour at 350°.
