- 2 pkg. cornbread mix
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. sage
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. chopped parsley
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 to 3 cans mushrooms
Directions

1Start with 2 packages of cornbread mix.

2Crumble together all ingredients, except eggs and mushrooms.

3Add the eggs and mushrooms.

4Mix together; add chicken broth until runny.

5Grease a baking dish and bake for 1 hour at 350°.
