Cheese Onion Pastries

  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. sliced green onions
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans crescent dinner rolls
  • 2 tsp. oil
  • 1/4 tsp. dried dill weed

Directions

    In a small bowl, combine cheese and onions.

    Separate dough into 16 triangles cutting each diagonally in half.

    Place rounded teaspoon of cheese mixture on center of each triangle and bring corners to center over filling; overlap edges and press to seal. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

    Brush lightly with oil and sprinkle with dill weed.

    Bake in 375° oven for 10 to 13 minutes. Can be prepared 2 hours ahead, then cook if you keep chilled in the refrigerator.
