  • 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 3 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes
  • 3 (4 oz.) cans green chile peppers, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 large onions
  • salt (optional)

Directions

    Brown chopped onions, garlic and salt.

    Add drained tomatoes (puncture tomato in strainer to get out most of juice).

    Add drained chile peppers.

    Cook until all moisture is absorbed, approximately 45 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Add cheese.

    Stir constantly until melted.

    Serve warm with Dorito chips.

    Can be cut in half for small gathering.
