Dorm Chicken Soup

  • 1 box 32 oz. Chicken Broth (low sodium)
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil or Butter
  • 1 Lg. Carrot diced corn sized
  • 1 Stalk Celery diced corn sized
  • 1/2 Med. Sweet Onion diced corn sized
  • 2 Cloves Garlic (Med.) minced
  • 2 Boneless Chicken Breast cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 Cube Knorr Chicken Bouillon (don't skimp here only use Knorr)
  • 1 Tbsp. Parsley Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon. Season All
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Hot Sauce
  • Noodles
  • Water

Directions

    In a medium sauce pan add oil, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, cook on low heat until the onions become translucent. Add the chicken broth,season all, parsley, chicken, bullion, 2 to 4 drops of hot sauce (you can always add more but you cant take it out), and salt and pepper to taste, simmer for 1/2 hour.

    Cook 1/2 to 1 pound of noodles according to the directions on the package and drain (slightly under cooked is best). You can do tortellini or ant noodle of your choice.

    Add noodles to soup heat through serve and eat.

    Note you can get the carrots, celery and onion already mostly cut up from the salad bar.
