- 8 chicken cutlets
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2/3 c. Sauterne or any white wine
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 c. stuffing mix, crushed
- 1 c. butter, melted
Directions

1Grease 13 x 9-inch pan.

2Place uncooked chicken in pan.

3Top each chicken cutlet with a piece of cheese.

4Combine soup, Sauterne (or white wine of choice) and water.

5Pour over chicken. Sprinkle stuffing.

6Drizzle with melted butter.

7Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes.
