  • 8 chicken cutlets
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2/3 c. Sauterne or any white wine
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1 c. stuffing mix, crushed
  • 1 c. butter, melted

Directions

    Grease 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Place uncooked chicken in pan.

    Top each chicken cutlet with a piece of cheese.

    Combine soup, Sauterne (or white wine of choice) and water.

    Pour over chicken. Sprinkle stuffing.

    Drizzle with melted butter.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes.
