- 1 loaf butter pound cake
- 1/2 c. strawberry jam
- 1 c. sliced strawberries
- 1/2 c. blackberry jam
- 1 c. blackberries
- 4 c. Whipped topping
- Fresh mint sprigs (optional)
Directions

1Slice pound cake lengthwise into 3 equal layers.

2Set top two layers aside.

3Spread strawberry jam on bottom layer and top with strawberries.

4Gently press second layer onto strawberries.

5Spread second layer with blackberry jam and top with blackberries.

6Gently press remaining cake layer onto blackberries.

7Frost top and sides of cake with whipped topping.

8Garnish with additional strawberries, blackberries and fresh mint leaves.
