- 4 oz. noodles, cooked
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 medium tomato
Directions

1Cook noodles and drain.

2In large skillet, cook meat, onion and celery until meat is brown and onion is tender.

3Drain off fat.

4Stir in tomato sauce and salt.

5Heat to boiling.

6Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute.

7Remove from heat.

8Stir in cottage cheese, sour cream and cream cheese, then add noodles.

9Pour into ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole.

10Slice tomato and arrange on top. Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350°.
