Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. unsweetened orange juice
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate mini morsels
  • 1 tsp. powdered sugar

Directions

    Combine first 5 ingredients; make a well in center of mixture. Combine orange juice, water, oil, vinegar and vanilla.

    Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.

    Fold in chocolate morsels.

    Spoon into paper lined muffin pans, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 375° for 12 minutes.

    Remove from pans immediately; cool on wire rack.

    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
