- 1 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. shortening
- 2 eggs
- 1 can whole kernel corn, well drained
Directions

1Heat oven to 425°.

2Grease 9 x 9-inch pan.

3Blend all ingredients except corn.

4Beat vigorously one minute.

5Add corn. Mix well.

6Pour into pan.
