- 7 c. Kellogg's cereal, crushed to 1 1/3 c.
- 1 egg
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 3 lb. frying chicken pieces, rinsed and dried
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
Directions

1Measure crushed corn flake cereal into a shallow dish or pan. Set aside.

2In small mixing bowl, beat egg and milk slightly. Add flour, salt and pepper.

3Mix until smooth.

4Dip chicken in batter; coat with crushed cereal.

5Place in single layer, skin side up, in greased or foil lined shallow baking pan. Drizzle with melted margarine.

6Bake at 350° about 1 hour or until chicken is tender. Do not cover pan or turn while baking.
