  • 1 3/4 c. crushed corn flakes
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. flour
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 lb. frying chicken, rinsed and dried

Directions

    Mix egg and milk.

    Add flour, salt and pepper.

    Dip chicken in the egg batter, then in the crushed corn flakes.

    Place a single layer, skin side up in a greased or foil lined pan.

    Drip melted butter on top of chicken and bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Do not cover the pan or turn chicken while baking.
