- 1 3/4 c. crushed corn flakes
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 egg
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 lb. frying chicken, rinsed and dried
Directions

1Mix egg and milk.

2Add flour, salt and pepper.

3Dip chicken in the egg batter, then in the crushed corn flakes.

4Place a single layer, skin side up in a greased or foil lined pan.

5Drip melted butter on top of chicken and bake at 350° for 1 hour.

6Do not cover the pan or turn chicken while baking.
