- 2 tbsp fresh chopped mixed herbs

- 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 12 slices multigrain bread
- 2 cups watercress leaves
- 4 slices reduced sodium low fat ham
- 2 None tomatoes, sliced
Directions

1Combine the avocado, lemon juice, herbs and cracked black pepper in a bowl.

2Spread the cottage cheese on 4 slices of the bread. Top with watercress leaves and one slice of ham. Top each layer with another slice of bread. Arrange avocado and tomato slices on bread, and finish with remaining slices of bread.
