Directions

1Toss avocado with lemon juice, herbs and black pepper.

2Spread ricotta over 4 slices of bread. Top with arugula and prosciutto. Add another slice of bread. Arrange avocado and tomato slices on top. Finish with remaining bread. Cut in half diagonally.
