- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. (10 g) Jell-O No Sugar Added Raspberry Jelly Powder
- cold water
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 3/4 cup thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping
- 1 cup fresh raspberries, divided
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries, divided
- 3 Peek Freans Lifestyle Selections Shortcake Biscuit, crushed (about 1/3 cup)
Directions

1Add boiling water to jelly powder in medium bowl; stir 2 min.

2until completely dissolved.

3Add enough cold water to ice to measure 3/4 cup; stir into jelly until ice is completely melted.

4Pour 1/2 cup jelly into small bowl.

5Add Cool Whip; stir with whisk until well blended.

6Refrigerate remaining jelly 5 min.

7or until thickened.

8Stir in 3/4 cup raspberries and 2 Tbsp.

9blueberries.

10Layer biscuit crumbs, fruited jelly mixture and Cool Whip mixture alternately in 4 parfait glasses or dessert dishes.

11Top with remaining fruit.
