  • 4 oz. (1/2 of 8 oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. cold milk
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. lime juice Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
  • 1 HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.)
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
  • 2 tsp. grated lime zest Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09

    Mix cream cheese, 1 Tbsp.

    milk, sugar and lime juice in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended.

    Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping.

    Spread onto bottom of crust.

    Pour 2 cups milk into large bowl.

    Add pudding mixes and lime peel.

    Beat with wire whisk 1 minute.

    (Mixture will be thick.)

    Immediately stir in remaining whipped topping.

    Spread over cream cheese layer.

    Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.

    Garnish with additional whipped topping and lime slices.
