  • 1 lemon cake mix
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon pudding (instant)
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. oil

Directions

    Mix together and bake 40 minutes in 350° oven.

    Remove from oven and while hot, prick with fork all over cake and spoon on carefully a mixture of lemon juice, powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons oil.

    Mix well.
