  • 6 medium yellow squash
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • sprinkle of pepper

Directions

    Boil squash until tender.

    Drain and mash.

    Place in a greased casserole; top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350° until crumbs are browned.
