  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1 (14 oz.) lemon pie filling
  • 1 (14 oz.) crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp. powdered sugar

Directions

    Mix jello with water.

    Add pie filling.

    Stir in pineapple. Pour into 9 x 13 dish.

    Mix sour cream and powdered sugar. Put on top of jello mixture.

    Refrigerate.
