- 3/4 c. oatmeal
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. maple syrup
- 1/4 c. butter
Directions

1Sift dry ingredients.

2Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

3Stir in oatmeal. Add egg, milk and syrup.

4Stir only until moistened. Divide dough into 12 greased muffin tins. Bake at 400° for 18 to 20 minutes.
