- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. Crisco shortening
- 5 Tbsp. cold water
- 2 sheets wax paper
Directions

1Mix flour, salt and shortening in a medium bowl.

2Add water until dough forms a ball.

3Divide into two equal parts.

4Roll it between two sheets of wax paper on a damp countertop.

5Remove from wax paper and place into 9-inch pie pan.

6Trim the edges off. Next, moisten pie crust and add your choice of filling.

7Place the other crust on top of filling, folding the edge under the bottom crust.

8Cut slits in top crust for steam to escape.
