Ingredients
- 3/4 c. warm water
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. soft butter
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Add sugar, salt and flour. Beat for 2 minutes.

3Add egg and butter.

4Beat with mixer at medium speed until butter is smooth, about 2 minutes.

5Add rest of flour and stir by hand. Scrape sides of bowl, cover with wax paper and let stand until doubles, about 40 to 50 minutes.

6Stir down batter in 20 to 25 strokes and spoon into greased muffin tins, filling 1/2 full.

7Let rise again for about 30 minutes or until butter reaches top.

8Bake 10 to 15 minutes on 425°.
