- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Mix all preceding ingredients.

2Bake in muffin tins filled half full for 25 minutes at 350°.

3After baking, melt 1/2 cup butter or margarine.

4Dip cupcake tops in melted butter.

5Coat with mixture made of 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon.
