- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 scant c. milk
- 5 c. flour (about, no more)
Directions

1Beat potatoes with butter, eggs and milk.

2Sift dry ingredients and add to liquid.

3Dough should be soft yet firm enough to roll.

4Cut with doughnut cutter.

5Fry at 375° until golden brown on both sides.

6Makes about 5 dozen doughnuts and holes.
