- 8 dove breasts
- 3 carrots, diced
- 2 potatoes, cubed
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/4 lb. butter
- oil
- salt and pepper
- biscuits
Directions

1Mix flour, salt and pepper.

2Roll the dove breast in mixture, brown in oil and drain, then cover with water.

3Add vegetables and simmer for 30 minutes.

4Put in casserole dish.

5Top with biscuits. Spread with butter.

6Place in preheated oven at 400°.

7Bake until biscuits are brown.
