  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil
  • 2/3 cup Water
  • 3 cup Sugar
  • 3 1/2 cup Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp Ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts (optional)

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Grease and flour two loaf pans.

    Mix together pumpkin, eggs, oil, water, and sugar until well blended.

    In a separate bowl whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.

    Stir dry ingredients into pumpkin mixture until just combined.

    Fold in walnuts.
