- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs
- chicken or beef broth
Directions

1Bring margarine and milk to a boil; blend flour and salt and add all at once to milk mixture on heat.

2Stir vigorously until dough loosens from sides of pan.

4from heat and cool slightly.

5Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg. Bring broth to a boil.

6Drop dough by teaspoonfuls into boiling broth.

7Cook on low heat 15 minutes or until dumplings float to top.
