  • 6 branches mustard greens, turnip or collards
  • 3 qt. water
  • 1 1/2 lb. ham hocks or smoked turkey legs
  • 1 to 2 hot pepper pods
  • salt, pepper, dash of sugar and garlic (if desired)

    Wash greens thoroughly.

    Use large stockpot.

    Put turkey leg in bottom of pot.

    Cook greens until tender.

    Add all seasoning.
