- 2 onions, sliced
- 4 to 5 lb. pork roast or fresh picnic ham
- 5 to 6 cloves
- 2 c. water
- 1 (16 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce
Directions

1Put 1/2 of the onions in the bottom of a crock-pot.

2Add the meat and the other ingredients (except barbecue sauce) with the remaining onion on top.

3Cover and cook overnight or 8 to 12 hours on low.

4Remove bone, fat and liquid.

5Add barbecue sauce and mix well.

6Cook on low for an additional 3 to 5 hours.

7Serve from crock-pot on large buns.
