- 1 (1 1/2-2 lb) pork tenderloin, cut into 2-inch cubes
- 1 medium onion, peeled and sliced
- 1 fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and sliced
- 4 slices orange peel (optional)
- 1 (12 ounce) can Dr. Pepper cola, Mr. Pibb or (12 ounce) can Coca-Cola
- 16 fajita-size flour tortillas
- pico de gallo (or fresh made salsa)
Directions

1Combine pork, onion, jalapeno, orange peel and soda in a crockpot.

2Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.

3Uncover and shred the meat using 2 forks.

4Serve on flour tortillas and top with pico de gallo, if desired.
