- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 c. Dr. Pepper
- 1 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1/8 tsp. oregano
- 1 can chili hot beans, drained
Directions

1Place ground beef in heavy pan with onion and garlic.

2Cook, stirring with fork to break up meat, until slightly browned.

3Add salt, tomato paste, Dr. Pepper and water.

4Cover; simmer until meat is very tender and mixture is desired thickness.

5Add chili beans.
