  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (and juice)
  • 1 small carton Cool Whip
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding
  • coconut
  • maraschino cherries
  • nuts (your choice)

    While cake is still hot, poke holes in top and pour pineapple juice over hot cake.

    Let cool.

    Mix pudding and Cool Whip. Spread on cake. Add layer of coconut, layer of nuts and layer of chopped maraschino cherries. Refrigerate.
